Free Workbook: This is Your Time!

It's okay. You are allowed to take a little time to re-center and focus on yourself.

I'm here for you and know that when you feel good you share that good feeling. And if you are anything like me, you're not really into woo-woo kind of stuff.

So, I made you 4 FREE Downloadable Life-Improving Hypnotherapy Sessions.

Hypnotherapy isn't woo-woo. It's science.

I became a hypnotherapist as I kept getting deeper and deeper into understanding what drives positive, lasting change.

So I want to share it with you.

Yes, YOU CAN be hypnotized.

I know this because you, me, all of us go into the theta brainwave state everyday. Think of it like that sleep you get on a plane; you are kind of dreamy but still know the drink cart is coming down the aisle. Or times when you hear the television on but cannot get your body to move from its comfy position on the sofa because you feel stuck there.

That is the brainwave state you are in during hypnotherapy.

No, its' not mind control.

In this state, your mind becomes more open to positive suggestions, like a reset button for your thoughts. You remain in control throughout the process and are awake, fully aware of your surroundings. It's not about someone taking over your mind. You cannot do something your unconscious doesn't want to do. That is science.

How it is helpful.
  1. Stress reduction

  2. Break undesirable habits with healthier suggestions

  3. Improved sleep

  4. Increased confidence

  5. Enhanced mental well-being for a more positive perspective on life

Your unconscious mind must be on board with your conscious desires.

I created four downloadable .mp3 sessions directed to positively influence your life.

Increase confidence and decrease feelings of judgment

Lessen anxiety

Ease depression and help you feel more joy
